I’ve heard this rumor several times about cell phone batteries, and I was wondering if the same applies to laptops. People say that you should let the battery completely die before charging it again. Others say that you shouldn’t charge it everyday. Any suggestions or information?

All these type batterys – on cell phones and lap tops – need to be run “right down” until they switch off on there own – and then recharge them fully – a lot of people recharge them them when the battery is only 1/2 used and all the battery does is Top Up – thats OK every now and then – but most times run it right out – other wise the charge will only go to the last point it was charged from – and you need it to be completly empty.
When the battery is empty and closed down – just plug into the mains adaptor and it will recharge while your working on your lap top – no need to wait while the battery recharges – even while useing the lap top it will fully charge the battery. It doesn`t matter how many times you recharge – the battery will in time wear out – but not for a long time.
no it is not so, don’t believe in rumours
think what do the service man say
“once you let your battery empty you must charge it for 45 hours” and so
it is up to you whenever the power is on you can plug in,
it is the same as the ups for house,
thank u
Of-course not ,you ‘d better charge it when nearly empty.

Yes you should due that at least for the fist like 5 times that you charge it, and then make sure that you charge it back up all the way. They develop a type of memory in them. I hope this helps.
