my friend’s sister has been TTC and her DOC told them that the husband’s genitals are too short and close to the body for the sperm to survive. This made me worry because my husband’s are also like that it seems. They don’t hang down or bounce around…has anyone here ever gotten pregnant by a man whose genitals are also tight or don’t hang down much?

All men who wear tight underwear will have tighter to the body genitals. Just tell your husband to wear boxers and that won’t be a problem. It’s that the genitals hang so they stay cooler than the body. When they are tight to the body it can kill his little swimmers.
But to answer your question is yes.
He should wear boxers.
