It was about this unattractive girl that a boy met when he went to college. She fell for him and told him that he would feel bad for not hitting on her then cause she was going to become very beautiful. Long story short they fall in love but she runs away and ends up dying before he gets to really confess. Please help me remember the title. its killing me since my fav’s list was killed when the site decided to become more legal.
