if, if you decided to kill yourself (okay I know it’s hard to imagine for most of you but just try to answer, please. maybe not that hard for some of you who is actually considering it it.) what would you like to do before you kill yourself?

I cleaned out my closets and drawers and made sure that my papers was in order. I made sure that there were no “loose ends” that people would have to deal with and no “naughty secrets” that would be disclosed. Then I wrote handwritten letters to each and every person among my friends and family letting them know what I feel for them and why I planned to kill myself. The last day I spoiled myself rotten by doing things I really enjoy and only eating the good stuff.
My life was saved simply by chance, a strange line of odd coincidence and the ER personal of course. Today I’m happy about that but I was furious back then. Today my situation is different and I’m once again facing the possibility of dying, because of health problems, and my priorities are pretty much the same. If I die and don’t want to leave unsolved issues and loads of junk and I want people to know that I love them and care for them. And, most of all I make sure to enjoy the good things in life since we never know when it’s too late for that.
