Do Any Of You Even Know That Farrah Fawcett Died?

February 8, 2010

Farrah Fawcett died the same day as Micheal Jackson did. I actually almost wish she had died earlier or later. She deserved to have just as much recognition as Micheal is getting. Yeah, he was “the king of pop” or whatever, but he was also a supposed Child molester. Before he died everyone was like WTF I hate that guy, but now that he died, it’s all they can talk about,
Farrah, was an amazing person and a distant friend to me. (My brother was in a movie with her) Just because MJ died the same day, doesn’t mean she should be thrown to the back burner just because she wasn’t as scandalous as MJ. The death of Micheal Jackson should not overshadow the death of Farrah Fawcett. She is a person too.

yeah she is but your wrong, I never hated Michael Jackson, Never gave him any thought, but that goes the same for Farrah, in fact I thought she had already died of that cancer, but regard less of when Farrah passed away, her death would have still not gotten the attention Michael Jackson has and will continue to have. You think its a big deal now, wait until his funeral. Farrah is no more deserving then Michael and vise verse, that’s just how it turned out.

Yes I did know but I only knew her from Charlies Angels that’s all. And Michael was a world wide known pop star so you can’t blame him.

Yes I knew…they had a special on Farrah last night. It was pretty good. I think it was just Jacksons popularity and fame that overshadowed everything.

    Yes. We know.
I think it is just because MJ was just more well known. Farrah was a really big star back in the 70’s.

There were a few questions about Farrah Fawcett on this site. The first ones that I answered were asking how she was, and then a few hours later we learnt that she had died and then there were more questions about her.
Nobody is taking anything away from Farrah, she was a great actress and will always remain in our memories that way. Okay most people will remember her for Charlie’s Angels, but Farrah took some really interesting and meaty for roles for a woman and she carried them off as well, of course because she is a great actress. She will be missed by her fans and the movie world. She did her best to fight the cancer but the cancer won in the end.
Personally MJ’s death has not over shadowed Farrah’s death, not for me anyway and not for her true fans. You are lucky to have been one of her friends as well as a fan.

Got something to say?
